The TESA mission is to persist in the journey for success for favourable market recognition of the TESA brand with integrity and courage whilst aiming for exellence.

Our goal is to improve our products, processes, organisation and culture and to address the need and requirement and culture that ensures mutually beneficial results for both client and company. We embrace our responsibilty to uplift and empower our employees and recognise that it takes a team who are responsible for wins and minimising losses to create success. We will remain focused on building and maintaining a culture that lends itself to success and recognition from the market place, client and employees.

Our objective will be reached with dedication and commitment and whilst adopting the view point of our customer, our aim is to manufacture, market products and services to levels that acquire and retain valued customers, whilst differentiating ourselves from our competitors by providing the greatest possible overall value.

Marketing Plan and Strategies:

While TESA has been strong in regional growth in the last 7 years, focus is on gaining market share beyond the African continent. To achieve this a number of strategies have been combined.

• Identifying interested role players in the industries and goverment departments relating to Customs and Border control, Road and Transport, Mines, Prisons, Airports and Rail transport, requiring large scale fencing.
• Marketing in the cellular/mobile telecomunications industry using existing relationships.
• Identifiying distribution partners in other continents particulary in regions such as the Americas, India and the East for the sale of kit form shipments in those areas.
• Development of existing cross-border relationships with a view of regularly exporting "kit form" shipments to lesser developed regions where manufacturing capacities are low.
